tattooine: plays very little part in the story unlike Arakis Anakin wasn't anything when George wrote Star Wars, let alone a tragic hero/villain character he'd become decades later spice is just a word in Star Wars, it's not the central mcguffin of the entire story the hutts, moisture farming etc, almost meaningless to the overall plot, not even sure what you're connecting them to in terms of Dune wizards. lots of stories have wizards. Saruman was noted for his persuasive voice. Saruman precedes Dune by decades. Everything you mentioned is window dressing in star wars and irrelevant to the plot except persuasive wizards which are in lots of stories long before dune
