Different bank account. My you need all payment transaction and all different bank statements. All other banks resolve within a day. Refund directly to the credit card holder bank account without any hassle. Why this lengthy and time consuming process to get my money back?

@IRCTCofficial what kind of portal and app is this? Trying for tickets from last 3 days either it is giving error or keeps loaded after payment. Surprise that transaction settled on 11.01 and still no ticket confirmed showing error after booking. Really surprising and frustrating

@kodaktvindia my tv issue is still not resolved. It's more than month. Only getting mail reply that it will resolve but no clear timeline and date. Every reply gets after 4 days of mail with different reason but no resolution and no proper dates or timeline too. Pl resolve.
