@AmazonHelp @AmazonAE Your customer service team is giving false information. An agent told it will get deliver 24th Dec and other told it will deliver today 25th. I was waiting for the shipment and when I called the other agent told it will deliver 4th Feb. Who will wait that long.

@careem @rta_dubai I booked a ride through the Careem App in Dubai. I was waiting for the ride. Rider took another passenger and when I asked about it he was laughing and telling he will cancel. This kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable. What is the purpose of booking then.

@AUH I have bought items from Zayed International Airport Duty free on 2nd Oct, billing agent forgot to give the passport back after scanning. Then raised case in lost and found with number V58026/25. As per the team they cannot courier the passport. I have to come and collect.

@alhilalofficial The instant option was asking routing number. Didn't have a routing number. So your agent only suggested add benefeciary and transfer. I have spent 117 as a transfer fee. Still it didn't get credit. Such a crap customer care and bank service you have.

@Arjun_NG Next time, you can use our Instant Transfer option to send money to India. If you select "Instant" option, the transfer will be processed instantly. Additionally, transfers above AED 500 are free of fees. A fee of AED 12.60 will apply for the transfers of AED 500 or below.

@alhilalofficial I have made an international transfer of AED 100 to an Indian SBI account. However the transaction fee got charged AED 117.6. Why this much transaction fee for a single transaction.

@Arjun_NG Alternatively, if you choose the Shared option, we will deduct AED 12.60 for the international transfer fees, and the correspondent bank will deduct their own fees from the beneficiary’s amount.

@MOHRE_UAE submitted labor case cancellation last wednesday. It is more than a week. It is still in process. Nobody called me yet. I have to take my new visa and family visa as well. Everything is on hold because of this. Could you please fasten the process.
