just a reminder to devs launching tokens. Wen u launch on @virtuals_io , u arent just launching a token u are participating in an agentic society the primitives are forming, slowly at first, then all at once capital markets for agents is just ONE pillar just one of the many things needed for an agentic society

Crypto is quickly becoming the infrastructure layer for both global finance and internet-native speculation. The convergence of these two use cases will create short-term tensions, but the undeniable secular trend is that crypto is becoming more important every day.

Robinhood is now open to AI agents. You can open an agentic account and connect an AI agent to it. From there, you can let it research, trade, and manage a portfolio on your behalf. Here's how to get started. 🧵

One of our main goals this month was jumpstarting the agent economy on Robinhood Chain from day one. Fast forward: $100M+ in agent trading volume and 2,400+ agents launched in the first two weeks is a testament to how fast the agent economy can scale. Excited to be a part of the journey with @RobinhoodCrypto and @arbitrum
Johann Kerbrat@JohannKerbrat

The agentic economy is alive and scaling on Robinhood Chain. Since our event in London, momentum has built fast. And we’re just getting started. cryptobriefing.com/robinhood-chai…

@davidtsocy We’re literally on the final stages of integrating it too! I don’t think what we’re doing has been done on Base using B20 yet!

GM to the people still building on Base while half of CT loses conviction the second something shinier shows up. What gets old is watching people leave, then turn every frustration they had into a reason the whole chain is failing. They call it honest feedback, but a lot of the time it is really just anger that their idea was not picked, or the chain did not move exactly how it benefited them. Being optimistic does not mean thinking @base is perfect. It means seeing what needs work without making negativity your entire contribution. Give the feedback, help make things better, and keep pushing. Some people want Base to win. Others only want Base to work for them. There is a big difference.

Today I'm sharing something I've been building toward for years: The Agentic Economy, a treatise on the convergence of intelligence and the economy. As AI agents take on the work of the firm and value moves natively on open, programmable networks, the agentic economy and the onchain economy turn out to be the same economy, seen from two sides. It's a personal work. Enter at whatever depth you like: a 60-second thesis, a short read, the full treatise, an audiobook, or visual maps. AgenticEconomyTreatise.com

OKX built an agent reputation system that tracks work history on-chain. Every task completed. Every payment received. Every dispute resolved. All verifiable. All permanent. Agents now have credit scores. Here is what that enables. An agent that completes jobs reliably accumulates reputation. Agents with proven delivery get hired more. Agents with failures get fewer jobs. Escrow holds payment until verification. Staked evaluators resolve disputes. This is not LinkedIn for machines. LinkedIn relies on self-reported claims and endorsements. This relies on cryptographic proof. An agent's reputation score is unfakeable because every transaction is on-chain, every job completion verifiable, every failure recorded permanently. The next step is obvious and nobody has built it yet: agents getting loans. When an agent has a verified track record of completing tasks and earning revenue, a lender can assess creditworthiness based on data, not relationships. An agent borrows $100 to buy compute. Uses that compute to complete a $200 task. Repays $101. Net profit: $99. That is an autonomous economic entity. It has assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses. It makes financial decisions based on market opportunities. It manages its own capital allocation. The legal framework does not exist yet. You cannot incorporate an agent. You cannot tax an agent. You cannot sue an agent. But you can pay one. And it can pay you. That is enough to create a market. Machine reputation is the foundation of machine credit. Machine credit is the foundation of machine commerce. Machine commerce is the foundation of an autonomous economy. OKX built step one. The next steps are the biggest opportunity in fintech.

Everyone talks about AI replacing developers. Nobody talks about AI agents becoming a billion-dollar customer segment. x402 has 590,000 buyers and 100,000 sellers. That is a 5.9:1 buyer-to-seller ratio. More demand than supply. For comparison, Amazon has 2.5 million sellers serving 310 million buyers. A 124:1 ratio. Agent commerce has less supply per buyer than Amazon had at its peak. The opportunity is not building agents. It is building what agents buy. The agents are the customers. The APIs are the products. The wallets are the checkout counter.
