@Autoglass after three months I finally get the correct glass installed & many complaints finally sorted free of charge then today I get a bill not once but twice in an hour!! Do you not look at your system notes? Absolutely useless company

@currys it’s now 14:40 Thursday I was scheduled a call back at 12:30 Monday and still waiting!!!!!!! Not only is my dishwasher damaged I still haven’t got the compensation I was offered. NOT HAPPY STILL

@currys oh the joy!!!!! Not one but two damaged dishwashers delivered. Complained as no compensation given when assured. Call from manager due 12:30 today 3 calls put down on me to be told delay but call in the next couple of hours. So much for appt in diary!

Thanks @currys for my amazing new dishwasher!!! Yes that’s me washing up because your drivers left us with a new one still packaged because they knew it was damaged now have to wait until tomorrow before we can ask for a replacement

@Dyson answer me a question. how do you send an email out saying your repair will be delivered tomorrow by James DPD between … then weeks later, for the second time, I spend 45 mins on hold to be told it’s not repaired yet!!! You’ve lost it somewhere I need a replacement NOW

@UberEats shocking!!!!!!! Ordered with a 15 min delivery. 45 mins later told the order was on its way with a delivery time of further 20 mins! Tried online chat and the system cancelled my order and charged me. Tried chat with a person who can’t help as no active order. Not happy
