@CromaSupport this is not the 1st time, when ever I logged a complaint technician never visited on time & the person over call has attitude like he was doing favour on customer. Every time excuse, doesn't have manner and responsibility. Its my advice don't sell service part

Bought a demo phone from Croma’s out of box sale. They didn’t unlock it and told me to get it done from the company service centre. I go there, they said Croma is supposed to do it. I reached croma support and they ask me to go to store. @cromaretail care to explain?

TIL: This is how @cromaretail delivers your new fridges. We bought a new fridge on Sunday, and the delivery was today. Problem is that the delivery guy assigned by Croma was either incompetent or untrained, and he left the fridge in a horizontal position. Yes, the box itself says to not place or transport or place it horizontally, but the dude assigned for delivery to our house had started arguing with us & refused to position the fridge vertically when we requested for this. My parents physically went to the Croma store (10 mins drive from my house), complained to the manager, and then afterwards another guy was assigned to come and set the fridge in its current position. All the while, our brand new fridge was laid horizontally for over 2.5 hours before being placed correctly. So yes, the issue got sorted for now (thankfully, and good job on Croma for that), and we can only hope there are no issues post installation (which will happen in a couple of days). However, it is definitely NOT a great start when you pay ₹1.02 lakhs for a new appliance. That's not peanuts, after all. I can only hope Croma learns from this mistake, doesn't repeat such mishaps in the future and trains their delivery guys to better handle these situations in the future. The point of making this post is only to make people aware and NOT harm the brand in any way. We have shopped from them before with good experiences in the past, just that this specific case wasn't so rosy.

What the heck is this @HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank When I called up to check on my Minor's account grouping, I get to know from my RM that it has already been grouped with some unknown other customers account How can this happen with all this KYC and security without any consent?
