@BrettMendoza_ Should never have been needed. Maybe now they could reconsider a decision to wipe all loyalty points from my Dad for missing one season as a STH due to ill health. Healthy again, and a STH again, he restarts on 0 points this year having had one year off.

@seagull60 @jac_bhafc Terrible isn’t it. I wrote to the club to attempt to lay a Remembrance wreath in uniform this year. Was immediately shot down by supporters services and I don’t believe I saw the RBL out on the pitch this year either. Just another example of the robotic way they handle things

@BrettMendoza_ My Dad got stuck at a train station after a tree fell on the train line last year on the way to West Ham. Loyalty points weren’t added despite him being on the way to the game. Club said it only awards them for tickets that go through the turnstile.
