So the judge in my PayPal case disclosed that she’s close personal friends with the PayPal counsel, and I trusted her to look at the law and look at the case, but in the end, when she did her ruling, she ignored everything I plead, and ordered issue preclusion on a interlocutory order from a past case which is legal error. And she saved PayPal, knowing that I can’t appeal so she won’t ever have to answer for that so this close personal friend of PayPal, her order look like PayPal wrote it. And it painted me out to be a demon and PayPal out to be the innocent defendant that was being prejudice because I couldn’t afford to pay the arbitration fees.

The J6 trials were show trials. Read transcripts of the nasty stuff said by judges to defendants and witnesses. Ugly. Broken. But what still astounds me is that the other judges across this nation didn’t say “hey, wait, that’s not how this is supposed to be done. It’s wrong.”

Maybe one of my hotter takes, but SBF is right to pursue some kind of justice for himself, given he obviously became a political target. This doesn't mean a pardon because he's obviously a serious criminal. But reduce his sentence by 90% and question the bigger criminals––the bankruptcy lawyers. p.s. I was rekt by FTX too btw.

I'm appealing the Celsius Case to the 2nd Circuit. Equitable Mootness has allowed a fraudulent company to get away with ignoring Court orders and valuable rights, by tying the hands of appellate Courts to even touch the merits of any arguments. When you have fabricated evidence -- an impartial tribunal must intervene and take action. A Judge cannot lawfully rely on fabricated evidence. Why did Judge Glenn simply look the other way and threaten sanctions against victims, while providing civil and criminal exculpations wide and far to those complicit? I understand why I was targeted the way I was -- infant children named in communications, sued for millions. That's the tip of the iceberg of what I have endured. It was a good ol' boys corruption cabal, at the expense of victims of fraud. There was really no plan, just a scheme to bleed out victims for maximum pain, dishing out bribes left and right, while exculpating any and all liability. The integrity of the Bankruptcy System and Judiciary has been tarnished - trust has been shattered - by those that have wilfully abused the system. Much like Valetina, I sought protection after whistleblowing wrongdoing and fabricated evidence in the @CelsiusNetwork Bankruptcy, which cost me and similarily situated creditors tens of millions in precedent value. I received communications names of my children, trespassesers on secluded family property. Family addresses were posted in violation of the protective order. That's just the tip of the Iceberg. I uncovered some of the most heinous abuses of the Bankruptcy system, all directed at victims of fraud. Fabrication if evidence should never never be allowed in any court. Rogue Judges that wilfully allow it against their own orders, and the attorneys that submit it, and anyone complicit should be held accountable to the full extent of the across every branch of government.

Attorney Nicholas Hall (@nicholashall) recently initiated a proceeding against Kroll for their leaks. I think he should do the same with Stretto and those related that are responsible for the doxxing and harassment of creditors.
