Our best athletes are absolutely playing soccer, but they're not being properly developed, and often give it up.
Really most kids who grow to d1 size in football/basketball aren't ideal for soccer anyhow

We have four sports that are far more profitable and far more popular.

I see it a shortsighted move to add another ball dominant star, rather than building a team. Brown is 100% a better individual player than Mobley, and Mobley is 100% a better fit in the lineup.
