When did buying train tickets get so hard? You go to @LNER website and buy tickets because the train you want is an @LNER train. After your on the train it turns out your ticket is only valid on @LumoTravel trains and you have to pay an additional £50.80 for @LNER ticket.

@Gommaar depends on how you are expressing VO2max, the absolute VO2 of these athletes is 4.6 L/min. if you had a typical 5000 m athlete (body mass 60 kg) their VO2 max would be 77 ml/kg/min, instead for your athletes they had a mass of 86kg!

CrossFit is the ultimate 'Hybrid' sport, where athletes need to perform well in both strength and conditioning. CrossFit athletes are super 'fit', surely they must have a high VO2max right?
