If Republicans are serious about winning—not just the U.S. Senate, but races up and down the ballot—they should rally behind the one candidate actually bringing real money into the state.

The Colorado Court of Appeals just threw out the nine-year sentence for Tina Peters and ordered a resentencing. Let that sink in, three judges found her sentence was improperly influenced by her exercising her right to free speech. That’s not justice. That’s a violation of the very foundation this country stands on. She should be released immediately. And when I’m governor, we’re going to clean this whole mess up, restore integrity, uphold the Constitution, and make sure no one in Colorado is punished for exercising their rights again. Several deaths, including one ruled a homicide, in the last few months alone.  The reports out of the nation’s largest detention facility are horrifying.  Thousands of Minnesotans have been sent to Camp East Montana, so I went to conduct oversight and visit my constituents being held there.  ICE didn’t allow me to see or speak to any of them.
