Another day of unreliable, overpriced service from @Verizon…. With my HOME (not Verizon) wifi, I can ise the app to check the network status… but as soon as I turn it off, even with 1 LTE bar my phone becomes useless!! FIX IT already @Verizon! @FCC @VerizonSupport

Hey @Verizon, Have I mentioned my 73 yr old retired and disabled mother lives with me? And that your constant outages or “limited” services limited her ability to be able to use her phone! Your services are far too overpriced for the “reliability” received! FIX IT! @FCC @la_psc

Thank goodness for having NOT @Verizon internet bc otherwise I’d have no service at all! Yesterday checked network status…. This has been going on for weeks now!! What am I paying for? This is CONSTANT with VZW!! 1000/10 do NOT recommend @Verizon! 🤬 @FCC @la_psc

Dear @ATT, I’ve been a loyal @Verizon customer for over 16 years, but am disappointed in their lack of customer service to talk to a real person without a fee… if I switch, do I get to talk to real people when I have an issue? Or more chat AI or automated crap? 🤦🏼‍♀️

Dear @Verizon/@VerizonNews /@VerizonSupport…. So I logged into my app and NOTHING about a credit or applying for it!! I had FOUR lines I pay a ridiculous amount for America’s Most UNreliable Network… Am I getting a $20 credit per line?!?! Bc service was out on ALL. FOUR. LINES!

Yesterday, we did not meet the standard of excellence you expect and that we expect of ourselves. To help provide some relief to those affected, we will give you a $20 account credit that can be easily redeemed by logging into the myVerizon app. You will receive a text message when the credit is available. On average, this covers multiple days of service. Business customers will be contacted directly about their credits. This credit isn’t meant to make up for what happened. No credit really can. But it’s a way of acknowledging your time and showing that this matters to us. If you’re still having trouble connecting, please restart your device (power down and power back on). This is the fastest way to reconnect your phone to the network. We are sorry for what you experienced and will continue to work hard day and night to provide the outstanding network and service that you expect from Verizon.
