@TMobileHelp It’s actually insane how hard you make it to leave your network. I showed up at the store your own customer service told me to go to — with devices in hand — and they still refused to take them back. You won’t get another penny from me.
If you can’t run a legitimate business without trapping customers, maybe go back to Deutschland.

AT&T rep escalated this to Tier 2 person that was no help, she sounded asleep couldn’t understand her, wanted me to text her so she could read contract. on the phone over an hour no resolution, she is now turning it over to tier 3. This a joke! @ATTBusinessCare @ATTHelp @ATT #att

We tried so many times to get this resolved & the local AT&T reps can’t help & are ignoring us now! They’ve called & no one in your call centers can resolve issue. We are going on 5th billing cycle & overcharged $900! Ridiculous! #att @ATTHelp @ATT over 40 hours invested in this!

We switched to AT&T (big mistake) we were told our total bill to be approx $210 a month, we have proof in writing, we are being overcharged. No one can fix it, multiple attempts, asked to be escalated and it hasn’t! @ATTBusinessCare @ATT @ATTHelp
