SEO is becoming AEO. 5 shifts that drive most of the traffic now: 1⃣ Add a 40–60 word “Quick Answer” block at the top of every article. > AI Overviews and LLMs extract direct answers first. > If your answer is buried halfway down, you lose the citation. 2⃣ Turn all H2s into questions. > Instead of “Claude Code Skill Locations” → “Where Does Claude Code Store Skills?” > Question-based headings get picked up by AI engines far more often. 3⃣ Add FAQ schema everywhere. > This alone massively increased AI citations. > Claude generates most of the schema in a couple hours. 4⃣ Build entity pages + schema. > Organization, Person, AboutPage schema tells AI engines who you are and connects your authority across the web. 5⃣ Create an llms.txt file + allow AI crawlers in robots.txt. > Most people block AI crawlers. I want them indexing everything. Being the source AI engines cite matters more now.

I was supposed to cancel my 200 dollar cursor plan but forgot. Now I have fucking endless credits and nothing to build only 5 retainer projects. Time to share my learnings with everyone. I will be building Website UI's mobile app's UI and a lot more stuff for the next month and sharing them here.

Read a really interesting breakdown today about apps built with Lovable/Bolt and why many of them struggle with SEO. Google’s crawler was basically seeing: 1/ an empty div 2/ a giant JS bundle The example app had: → 460KB JavaScript → a 179KB PNG logo rendered at 112px → 4s+ mobile LCP Claude helped diagnose everything and fix the stack with SSR, bundle optimization, image compression, etc. Results were insane: → LCP: 2.5s → 0.9s → PageSpeed: 70 → 97 → Logo: 179KB → 7KB A lot of AI-generated apps look visually polished, but their SEO/performance layer is often broken underneath.

This is absolute GOLD. I just posted my first SaaS on 2–3 small launch platforms, made a few tweets, and dropped some “show your SaaS” Reddit posts. Already crossed 55+ users. People underestimate simple distribution. This playbook can easily get your first 100 users.

if you're a non-tech founder deciding whether to vibe-code it yourself or hire a builder. Here's the line safe to vibe-code: > scheduling tools > internal dashboards > simple CRMs > scrapers > reporting portals boring stuff with stable APIs and low blast radius if it breaks. dangerous to vibe-code: > anything with money flowing through it > customer-facing apps where downtime is visible > auth and permission systems > compliance-heavy workflows (healthcare, finance, legal) build the boring stuff yourself. hire someone for the parts that hurt you when they break.

ideaFast just crossed 50+ users 🚀 Despite almost no marketing, new people keep discovering it and giving it a try. Tomorrow’s update brings: → better startup discovery → verified sources (with links) → improved idea validation Also adding some limits to the free tier. My goal with ideaFast is simple: fetch the most demanded problems across the internet and turn them into startups worth building.

Don't want your app's emails landing in spam? Do this: – Send from the same domain as your website – Set up DMARC + BIMI (not just SPF/DKIM) – Kill open and click tracking – Remove bounced + unsubscribed users weekly – Use separate addresses: notifications@, updates@, you@ The key is to only give clean signals to Gmail.

3 things i set up on day 1 of any software i build: 1⃣ analytics who's visiting, from which channel, what they use, where they drop off. stop guessing, build on data. 2⃣ error tracking if your app breaks, no one tells you. Sentry catches bugs and shows which users got hit before they leave. 3⃣ in-app feedback a simple widget gets real feedback while they're still using the product, not weeks later in a support ticket. most founders skip these for "later." 3 months in, they're flying blind and the data they wish they had is already gone. all three take under an hour. they save you months of building in the dark.

I've processed over 100 startup acquisitions on Escrow, and every single time, I have to manually choose the disbursement method for 3% finder's fee. It's bad for Escrow & the seller & the buyer & me because it slows down the acquisition process. Can we work something out @Escrow_com? A simple "✅ Choose as default disbursement method" toggle would work wonders.

closed my first X client at $4.3K. under 400 followers at the time. no marketing. no website. no funnel. just being clear about what i build and showing up in the right community. two things i'd tell any non-tech founder hiring a builder: 1. small studio > big agency. agencies sell process, builders sell outcomes. 2. require a 30-min discovery call before any quote. no exceptions. followers don't book calls. shipped work does.

what most non-tech founders deal with before DMing me: 1. quoted 5-10x what it should cost 2. started building it themselves and got stuck halfway 3. don't know what to build first vs later 4. tried hiring on Upwork, got 50 generic proposals, no idea who's real 5. small budget, real idea; just need someone honest the fix isn't a cheaper developer. it's a builder who scopes ruthlessly and ships fixed-price in weeks, not months.

i have a boilerplate ready for every MVP i build: - Next.js - TypeScript - Supabase - OpenAI API - Stripe - Vercel when a client comes with a requirement, i'm not setting up auth, billing, or deployment from scratch. i'm building the actual product on day 1.
