Which means the actual road construction cost should be lower. Let’s wait for the tender and see the technical changes.

We bought Bengaluru’s map (1983 edition) from a collector. (42 years old) And it turns out, HSR & Indiranagar are non existent. Jayanagar is almost central of the city. Now, onto finding our fav places on the map and see if they existed back then xD

This will make people to stand on only one platform and both Green line ppl should change. Maybe a temporary solution until we get trainsets

RV Road Metro Station: The shared platform for the Green and Yellow lines is a challenge due to the limited space. There are two possible scenarios: 1.Current 25-minute frequency: Yellow Line passengers will keep building up on the platform, and each Green Line train arrival will only add to the crowd. 2.Improved frequency with new trains: Crowd control will become a bigger challenge—especially when a Green Line train towards Madavara arrives, as many passengers will rush to switch to the Yellow Line just a few steps away. In both cases, space constraints mean commuters and staff must stay alert, and RV Road Station will need extra staff for smooth crowd management. Hopefully, BMRCL is factoring this in. •For those who’ve travelled from RV Road Station—what’s your take on this?
