Main reason I say Miami > Dubai for lifestyle is because here, everyone is a the character of their own game. I love Dubai, but I'm also vocal in saying that it is a two tiered system. In Dubai, you have the working class, and you have the professional class. And both don't typically intermingle. The working class is typically from 3rd world countries powering the economy through hospitality and construction jobs. The professional class is mostly made up of white collar office jobs. The separation is sharp. You feel it in your day to day interactions. Miami is the opposite. The Uber driver is running a business on the side. The guy working the door at the club is trying to make a career for himself as a rapper. The girl serving you dinner might be running her own clothing brand. Everyone is playing their own game. Everyone is the protagonist of their own world. Everyone is a main character. That dynamic doesn't exist to such extent in Dubai, for many good and valid reasons I won't go into.

A high school built over a light rail line in Brookline, Mass. This is what urbanism should look like.

Popular opinion: all conferences should be in Miami over Vegas.

This issue is not getting less messy... Now Commish @mcghee asking to undo the Commish @DanCohenHiggins legislation dissolving the CRA board. This after Commish @Ogilbert nominated Commish @KeonHardemon (of Miami) chair the Naranja board

@NewsWire_US The issue is the train is not actually high speed and they don't have enough stops. Florida however desperately needs more public transportation and to keep this going
