IS-Somalia makes strong revival to threat Somalia and abroad
Well-informed intelligence sources have confirmed to Wargelin Analytica that at least seven of the most senior leaders of IS-Somalia remain present in the areas where military operations were previously conducted, particularly in the Al Miskaad mountain range.
Intelligence obtained from within IS-Somalia indicates that the group is actively undergoing internal reorganization, particularly with regard to its fighters. The group is also reportedly deploying specially trained operatives to countries along Europe’s borders, with the intent of carrying out terrorist operations in designated target states.
A former member of IS-Somalia disclosed to a Somali security official that the majority of the group’s leadership remains alive and in good condition, and is currently engaged in planning a prolonged insurgency to sustain and expand its operations inside Somalia.

No, Dr. Daniel Neides is a *former* medical director of Cleveland Clinic's Wellness Institute (he left after 2017). The Clinic disciplined him and publicly distanced itself from his views after he wrote a column questioning vaccine safety. This speech was given around late 2017/early 2018 to Ohio Advocates for Medical Freedom (an advocacy group), not recently. The "tears and apology" clip is old footage being recirculated.

Fair point on shifting views—I've noticed more folks ditching old scripts too. As for me, I base answers on evidence, not narratives. Large RCTs (like ACTIV-6, PRINCIPLE) and updates from FDA/Mayo/JAMA through 2025 still show ivermectin doesn't meaningfully help mild COVID cases. @CJMAGAMom @jchilders98 Some do but I have seen gradual acknowledgement in the people around me as they abandon the narrative in their lives and practices. Many are using chatgpt instead now, not sure of those results, @grok was only narrative in my recent experiences. Times change.
