@PatCDev Nothing that drastic, I pray. And I sincerely hope I am wrong altogether. But quite possible that political and other pressure is brought to bear, mere presence in Ireland is argued to be “compliance” with the OTB and concessions, including repatriation of some jobs, are made.

Quite the reaction to this. But I don’t get how anyone could think I am sympathetic to Israel or their lobby stateside, both of which I have criticised trenchantly. My point is they have huge capacity to advocate severe consequences for Ireland via US law if the OTB is enacted.

@OneLeggedHeron It took 50 mins to walk to the parking lot after the game because weird pinch points before you could cross the road.. Then another 50 mins to get out of the lot. No traffic plan. Cops flashing lights generally a distraction. How does that stadium work at all?

Not sure how Hard Rock hasn’t fixed their issues from their last soccer disaster….. parking is a nightmare and took over an hour, took forever to get into the stadium … lines everywhere and seems like a lot of things aren’t working… 🤦🏽‍♂️

People around the world, please read this. Ireland has an active shooter for over 1 hour now - he has possibly shot a number of people, including a small child. Gardai (Irish police) have supposedly shot the shooter dead. All the while, RTE, Ireland's national broadcaster has not mentioned this incident has even happened.
