We are in the process of becoming a vendor for a Fortune 50 company with over 90 locations across North Texas It’s wild how good things come from answering the phone If we employed an AI receptionist or entry level phone jockey to answer our phone, it would have never happened Guy called in for a broken part that we don’t sell I’m curious and ask what it is for, how often they need it, who their customers are etc. Come to find out they run facilities management for a total of one client in North Texas and are looking to add another sub in our category because the incumbents are mailing it in All from answering an inbound call during lunch
