@Tesla_Optimus What’s your plan for when people start strapping backpacks full of explosives to these & send them into schools, churches, rallies, concerts, gov buildings, etc.. & detonate? What happens next? If you actually think that won’t happen then you’re dumber than you look & sound.

@GregAbbott_TX He's saying that white people in America are "immune" from the kind of racial discrimination experienced by Black folks. How is that wrong, exactly? Were white Americans the victims of segregation? Red-lining? Police brutality? poll taxes?

A war of CHOICE, not of NECESSITY. This isn't just a regime change operation like in Venezuela either. This was the largest military buildup in the middle east since the run up to the war in Iraq. There will be rippling consequences in the region and for the rest of the world. We're talking power vacuums and the fights to fill them, year's long destabilization, violence, chaos, ongoing military incursions, proxy battles, terrorist attacks and infighting... Global trade disruptions, market shocks, and sharply rising oil prices. And of course all of the resources that will be spent and the innocent lives lost. All the while, this administration will continue to lie and double down about the threat of Iran's nuclear program. So much for "America first" isolationism huh? And let's be clear. This administration doesn't give a f-ck about democratic norms or the basic human rights and dignity of Americans at home. I mean c'mon, Islamophobia and anti-arab sentiments are at the heart of the Republican party's messaging and culture wars! Get a clue! So If you think Donald Trump and his allies care at all about the freedoms of the Iranian people, then I've got some Trump meme coin to sell you. [Note that the supreme leader of Iran referred to many recent protestors as agent provocateurs working for his enemies. Donald Trump has used this same paranoid rhetoric towards protestors here in the United States. A pretty disturbing parallel] Trump has also categorically refused to take in refugees from Iran and if we consider his actions in Venezuela, his belligerent threats aimed at allies and adversaries alike, as well as all of his recent hawkish and antagonistic rhetoric, it becomes pretty clear that this operation and all future US military interventions are for purposes related more to Trump's ego and "legacy" than anything else. Trump has transformed US foreign policy to reflect his own grandiose self interests. His unilateral military decisions are often made out of spite for other world leaders and nations. And what happened to "no more foreign wars?" Trump continues to bomb a growing list of countries. BETTER YET, what happened to "obliterating" all of Iran's nuclear capabilities? These strikes confirm that Trump's so-called "midnight hammer" operation was a failure, and of course that he lied to the American people about the state of Iran's nuclear program while he has also been lying to us about the looming threat of Iran's nuclear capabilities. Iran was far from being any practical nuclear threat to us. Kind of like how Netanyahu has been warning us about an Iranian Nuclear Weapon for decades. Every piece of intel and reporting contradicts Trump's reasoning for this military action. History is repeating itself. Trump has been escalating provocations with Iran throughout his entire time in office. Hell, congress even had to pass a war powers resolution to curb his appetite for foreign conflict after he authorized the strike that killed Soleimani. Not to mention how Trump's decision to sanction Iran's oil and banking system back in 2018 only destabilized the region and crippled Iran's economy, the repercussions of which were at the center of recent protests. The assassination of Soleimani, coupled with Trump's decision to abandon the JCPOA out of sheer spite for Obama, together with his failed attempts at "negotiating" a new nuclear deal with Iran, AND alongside his reckless foreign policy decisions—all of these things played a role in triggering now MULTIPLE regional wars between Israel and Iran and precipitating America's involvement. Trump chose to start another war in the Middle East as a way to avoid having to take responsibility for his failures of foreign policy, the greatest among them is his failure as commander in chief. Trump has been escalating Tensions and provocations in the Persian gulf throughout his years in office. No one else laid the groundwork for this needless intervention as much as him.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth
Overnight, on President Trump’s orders, the Department of War commenced OPERATION EPIC FURY — the most lethal, most complex, and most-precision aerial operation in history. The Iranian regime had their chance, yet refused to make a deal — and now they are suffering the consequences. For almost fifty years, Iran has targeted and killed Americans, always seeking the world’s most powerful weapons to further their radical cause. Last night, unlike any previous president, President Trump began dealing with this cancer. We will not tolerate powerful missiles targeting the American people. Those missiles will be destroyed, along with Iran’s missile production. The Iranian navy will be destroyed. And, as President Trump has said his entire life, Iran will never have a nuclear weapon. The United States did not start this conflict, but we will finish it. If you kill or threaten Americans anywhere in the world — as Iran has — then we will hunt you down, and we will kill you. Our warriors are the best in the world, and they are fully unleashed to achieve our objectives. May God’s providence protect them in this vital mission.

The sitting President of the United States looked at the death of Rob Reiner and decided it was an opportunity to “score” political points. Let me be very clear: this was a horrific tragedy. Families are mourning. This is not a campaign rally. There is no limit to how low he is willing to go—and that speaks volumes about how dangerously unfit he is to lead. My condolences go out to Rob Reiner’s family and loved ones.

Interest payments already consume 25% of all government revenue. If the massive deficit spending continues, there will only be money for interest payments and nothing else! No social security, no medical, no defense … nothing.
Wall Street Mav@WallStreetMav

Our annual US budget deficit is going to be over $2 trillion per year going forward. We pay over $100 billion per month in interest on the national debt. $1.2 trillion per year. That is about 25% of all government revenue going to pay interest on the debt.

Karmelo, as a 17-year-old, is learning that when you kill in anger, you get a new house, a new car, a full security team, and hero status. No wonder he stabbed someone. His family is celebrating him. There is no accountability. This is where we’re at in 2025.
