No, they haven’t bc any charges derived from unlawfully “spying” on solely an US citizen would be dismissed. FISA is only used on foreign actors. If, however, a US citizen engages w said FA & conspires with them to commit a criminal act or are caught committing a criminal act via incidental capture, they can be lawfully charged. Further, a FISA warrant can only be issued by a Federal Judge after a demonstration of probable cause by those seeking it. Does this concern you?

We have to be careful. GO was used in cryo process not in production. We have analyzed over 100 samples. No GO was present. If you don’t understand the process, it’s easy to assume it’s in there based on mere mention. It is not. We have worse issues in these vials. Distraction.
