Firm up your glove side. Drive your chin/chest to the target. Your arm will be catapulted through.

A few of my key hitting concepts: 1) Be really good w/ 2 strikes & hitting the fastball 2) #1 thing to train: Swing Decision Making 3) Own the middle 10" of the plate 4) Create a long hitting zone 5) Focus on ball flight See more at: WeinsteinBaseball.com/Hitting

Baseball rewards the ones who keep showing up. The ones who put in the extra reps when no one’s watching. The ones who fail, adjust, and come back stronger. Hard work doesn’t always show up right away… But when it does — it’s everything you dreamed of. Keep going. The game always gives back. #BaseballDreams #HardWorkPaysOff #KeepGrinding #TrustTheProcess

🚨 Steven Kwan: Swing Breakdown • Stable & balanced on the back leg • Soft landing on the stride • Move the body & hands will follow ⭐️ Very simple approach to a great swing. Balanced, stay back, and let the lower body drive the hands forward.

If your standard 2 seam grip doesn’t work, try this 1 seam grip instead:

Using single leg throws allows you to use reciprocal movement to generate rotation you can see that when the throwing arm is pulled back the opposite leg moves forward, generating a stretch through the middle and creating a TON of separation

By popular demand, here is how MLB pitcher and Tread athlete @willyvest throws his Slider. You'll notice it's very similar to the Kimbrel / McCullers knuckle curve grips and pitch shape, and thrown with similar intent (like a FB, letting the grip do the work).
