It's unnecessary to disprove Mormonism to show that it is not Christianity.
Mormonism is founded on the rejection of Christianity.
LDS members will say "Creedal Christianity" became corrupt and only their church is the true version––but this is just special pleading.

@BroBurchfield @TrueHalfCrack @DezGoth On the fun side, a Methodist preacher and his wife invited us inside and handed us grape juice boxes while they drank wine. His wife asked that I speak at his funeral when he passed a few years back. Wish I would have been able to.

According to Mormon teaching, Elohim (God the Father) had sex twice to produce Jehovah (God the Son).

The two most overrated hobbies are boating and golf.

The Doctrine and Covenants (1:30) says the LDS Church is “the only true and living church upon the face of the whole earth, with which I, the Lord, am well pleased ….”
Brigham Young, second only to Joseph Smith in Mormonism said “Should you ask why we differ from other Christians, as they are called, it is simply because they are not Christians as the New Testament defines Christianity” (Journal of Discourses 10:230).
He also said “The Christian world, so-called, are heathens as to the knowledge of the salvation of God” (Journal of Discourses 8:171).
