Yesterday, I read a Georgia Court of Appeals opinion that nearly had me weeping at my desk.
Two vicious Rottweilers attacked two brothers, kids. An 8 year old and a 6 year old.
Before a third adult showed up, the 8 year old gave up fighting, crying, "I'm dead."
Wrecked me.
