📍Sahara occidental 🚨 Les défenseurs de première ligne condamnent l'escalade du harcèlement, des intimidations, des sièges, des détentions arbitraires et des transferts forcés visant les défenseurs des droits humains sahraouis au Sahara occidental occupé. Les forces marocaines ont assiégé la maison du défenseur sahraoui des droits humains Houssein Mojahid, où vivaient Ali Salem Tamek et sa famille, l'intimidation continue visant Khadijetou El Dweihi et la détention, l'agression et le transfert forcé de plusieurs défenseurs et militants sahraouis des droits humains. 🔴 In a recorded statement… Sahrawi human rights defender #Khadijetou_Douih, Vice-President of the Collective of Sahrawi Human Rights Defenders in Western Sahara (#CODESA), confirmed that she has been subjected to a tight siege at her home located on Avenue 50 in #occupied_Laayoune by members of the #police_forces of the #Moroccan_occupation. The siege was accompanied by direct threats demanding that she vacate the house, which is owned by her father, activist #Sidi_Aamar_Sidi_Alboukhari_Sidi_Ibrahim_Douih, under the threat of sealing (closure) of the property. ◼️ Her father also strongly condemned these threats and arbitrary practices, stressing that the house is his private property and that the Moroccan occupation authorities have no legal or moral legitimacy, regardless of the repressive measures they adopt against his family and Sahrawi human rights defenders. ◼️ The continued restrictions, siege, and intimidation against Sahrawi activists will not stop the legitimate struggle for the rights of the #Sahrawi_people. ____________________ Français : 🔴 Dans une déclaration filmée… La défenseure sahraouie des droits humains #Khadijetou_Douih, vice-présidente du Collectif des défenseurs sahraouis des droits humains au #Sahara_occidental (#CODESA), a confirmé qu’elle est soumise à un siège étroit à son domicile situé sur l’Avenue 50 à Laâyoune occupée, imposé par des membres des forces de police de l’occupation marocaine. 🔴 بيــــــــــان مشترك صادر عن الفروع التابعة لتجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية #CODESA (فرع أوروبا – فرع كليميم – فرع الطنطان – فرع أسا والزاك – فرع الداخلة – اللجنة التحضيرية للفرع المحلي بالعيون) "قوة الاحتلال المغربي تواصل سياسة الحصار والعقاب الجماعي ضد المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان وعائلاتهم" تتابع الفروع التابعة لتجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية CODESA ببالغ القلق والاستنكار، التصعيد الخطير الذي تنتهجه قوة الاحتلال المغربي ضد المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالأجزاء المحتلة من الصحراء الغربية، في إطار سياسة ممنهجة تقوم على الحصار والترهيب والانتقام والتضييق على النشطاء الصحراويين بسبب مواقفهم السياسية والحقوقية المدافعة عن حق الشعب الصحراوي في تقرير المصير والاستقلال. وفي سياق استمرار سياسة القمع الممنهج والعقاب الجماعي والانتقام من المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان، أقدمت مختلف أجهزة شرطة واستخبارات قوة الاحتلال المغربي منذ أيام على فرض حصار مشدد ومراقبة لصيقة على منزل المدافع الصحراوي عن حقوق الإنسان "#الحسين_المجاهد" الذي يتواجد به المدافع الصحراوي عن حقوق الإنسان والسجين السياسي الصحراوي السابق "#علي_سالم_التامك" رئيس تجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية CODESA الكائن بحي المستقبل بمدينة العيون المحتلة، مع تطويق محيط المنزل ومنع عدد من النشطاء والمدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان من الوصول إليه. كما أقدمت عناصر تابعة لشرطة قوة الاحتلال المغربي مدعومة بمسؤولين في الإدارة المغربية، مساء يوم 20 ماي/ أيار 2026 على قطع التيار الكهربائي عن المنزل وإتلاف جزء من العداد الكهربائي، في ممارسة انتقامية تندرج ضمن أشكال العقاب الجماعي المحظورة بموجب قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني، خاصة وأن الأمر يتعلق باستهداف مباشر لعائلة مدافع صحراوي عن حقوق الإنسان بسبب نشاطه الحقوقي السلمي. وفي حلقة جديدة من هذا التصعيد الخطير، تعرضت المدافعة الصحراوية عن حقوق الإنسان "#خديجتو_الدويه" النائبة الثانية لرئيس منظمة CODESA، لسلسلة من التهديدات والضغوطات المتواصلة بالتزامن مع فرض حصار بوليسي على منزلها الكائن بمدينة العيون المحتلة وقطع التيار الكهربائي عنه، في محاولة مكشوفة لترهيبها واستهدافها بسبب نشاطها الحقوقي. كما تعرض والدها المناضل الصحراوي "#سيدي_عمار_سيدي_البخاري_سيدي_إبراهيم_الدويه"، لضغوط ومضايقات متواصلة بهدف إرغام المدافعة الصحراوية عن حقوق الإنسان "خديجتو الدويه" على إفراغ منزلها قسرا أو التمهيد للإقدام على تشميع العمارة التي تقطن بها، والتي تعود ملكيتها لوالدها في انتهاك صارخ للحق في السكن والحق في الأمان الشخصي وحرية العمل الحقوقي، وهي حقوق تكفلها المواثيق الدولية ذات الصلة بالقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي الإنساني. وفي ذات السياق تعرض "علي سالم التامك" لتهديدات واستفزازات مباشرة من طرف مسؤول في الإدارة المغربية برتبة "باشا"، أمام ابنه القاصر الذي سبق وأن تعرض للاحتجاز والترهيب من طرف شرطة قوة الاحتلال المغربي، في سلوك ينتهك بشكل جسيم حقوق الطفل والسلامة النفسية والجسدية للأطفال. كما منعت عناصر شرطة قوة الاحتلال المغربي كلا من المدافعة الصحراوية عن حقوق الإنسان "#المعلومة_الفلنخي" وابنتها "#الخليفة_المجاهد"، إلى جانب "#البشير_بوعمود" عضو اللجنة الإدارية لتجمع CODESA من الوصول إلى المنزل الخاضع للحصار، مع توجيه تهديدات للمدافعة الصحراوية عن حقوق الإنسان "#الخليفة_الركيبي"، في استمرار لسياسة التضييق والانتقام من المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان. ومن جهة أخرى تتعرض المدافعة الصحراوية عن حقوق الإنسان "#نبيهة_بونان"، عضو مكتب فرع الطنطان لتجمع CODESA، لتهديدات ومضايقات متواصلة وصلت حد التهديد بالاغتصاب، في سياق الاستهداف الممنهج الذي يطال المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان والمدونين والنشطاء المدنيين الصحراويين بسبب آرائهم السياسية ومواقفهم الداعمة لحق الشعب الصحراوي في تقرير المصير. وأمام خطورة هذه الانتهاكات المتواصلة وما تعكسه من إصرار قوة الاحتلال المغربي على استهداف المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان وعائلاتهم، فإن الفروع التابعة لتجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية CODESA : ✓ تدين بشدة سياسة الحصار والعقاب الجماعي والانتقام الممنهج التي تستهدف المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان والمدنيين الصحراويين بالأجزاء المحتلة من #الصحراء_الغربية ... 🔴 Les forces d'occupation marocaines visent une fois de plus le président et le vice-président de CODESA . Depuis le début de cette semaine, divers appareils de renseignement et de sécurité des forces d'occupation marocaines ont mené une campagne de ciblage direct contre le défenseur sahraoui des droits de l'homme et ancien prisonnier d'opinion sahraoui #Ali_Salem_Tamek, président du Collectif des défenseurs sahraouis des droits de l'homme au Sahara occidental (CODESA), ainsi que le défenseur sahraoui des droits humains #Khadijetou_Douih, vice-président de la même organisation. Comme dans les cas précédents, ce ciblage a pris la forme d'un siège strict imposé à la maison où Ali Salem Tamek réside avec sa famille dans le quartier Al Mostaqbal de la #Laayoune_occupée. Les membres de la police d'occupation marocaine, accompagnés de fonctionnaires de l'administration marocaine, ont maintenu une surveillance constante autour de la résidence, tandis que l'électricité du domicile a été délibérément coupée et une partie du compteur électrique endommagée dans la soirée du mardi 20 mai 2026. La zone autour de la maison continue d'être soumise à une forte présence policière et continue et à une surveillance. Le harcèlement ne s'est pas arrêté là. Un fonctionnaire détenant le grade de «Pacha» (un fonctionnaire administratif local) au sein de l'administration d'occupation aurait menacé et provoqué Ali Salem Tamek devant son fils mineur, qui n'a que dix ans. L'enfant avait déjà été placé en détention et intimidation par la police d'occupation marocaine, ce qui porte gravement atteinte à l'intégrité psychologique et physique des enfants et constitue une violation flagrante de leurs droits fondamentaux. 📷facebook.com/share/v/1CWSyR… Dans le même contexte, des membres de la police d'occupation marocaine ont empêché #Maalouma_El_Felnkhi, membre de l'organisation, sa fille #Khalifa_El_Moujahid, et #Bachir_Bouamoud, membre du comité administratif de la même organisation, d'accéder à l'appartement situé dans le même immeuble assiégé. Des menaces ont également été dirigées contre le défenseur sahraoui des droits humains #Khalifa_Rguibi. Pendant ce temps, le siège et le harcèlement imposés au défenseur sahraoui des droits de l'homme Khadijetou Douih, vice-président du CODESA, continuent sans relâche. Sa résidence, située sur l'avenue 50 à Laayoune occupée, reste sous surveillance et encerclement. Selon son témoignage enregistré, l'électricité de sa maison a été coupée vers 19h45 par des membres de la police d'occupation marocaine. Elle a en outre décrit le siège et le harcèlement de la police qu'elle et ses deux filles mineures ont subi au cours des deux dernières semaines, en violation de ses droits à la sécurité personnelle et à la liberté de mouvement. 📷youtu.be/17-TCh1HWhA?is… D'autre part, le défenseur sahraoui des droits de l'homme #Nabiha_Bounan, membre du bureau de la branche #Tan_Tan de CODESA, a également été soumis à des menaces continues qui se sont aggravées aux actes de harcèlement, dans le cadre du #ciblage_systématique et direct des #défenseurs des droits de l'homme, des #blogueurs et des #civils_sahraouis en relation avec les défenseurs des droits humains avec l'expression de leurs vues sur la question du Sahara occidental et leur plaidoyer pacifique en faveur du droit du peuple sahraoui à l'autodétermination. 🔴Moroccan Occupation Forces Once Again Target the President and Vice-President of CODESA Since the beginning of this week, various intelligence and security apparatuses of the Moroccan occupation forces have carried out a direct #targeting_campaign against Sahrawi human rights defender and former Sahrawi prisoner of conscience @ali_tamk , President of the Collective of Sahrawi Human Rights Defenders in Western Sahara (#CODESA), as well as Sahrawi human rights defender Khadijetou Douih, Vice-President of the same organization. As in previous instances, this targeting has taken the form of a strict siege imposed on the home where Ali Salem Tamek resides with his family in the Al Mostaqbal neighborhood of the occupied Laayoune. Members of the Moroccan occupation police, accompanied by officials from the Moroccan administration, have maintained constant surveillance around the residence, while electricity to the home was deliberately cut and part of the electrical meter damaged on the evening of Tuesday, 20 May 2026. The area surrounding the house continues to be subjected to heavy and continuous police presence and monitoring. The harassment did not stop there. An official holding the rank of “Pasha” (a local administrative official) within the occupation administration reportedly threatened and provoked Ali Salem Tamek in front of his #minor_son, who is only ten years old. The child had previously been subjected to detention and intimidation by Moroccan occupation police, in conduct that seriously undermines the psychological and physical integrity of children and constitutes a clear violation of their fundamental rights.
