what I am saying is: many of the people behind this policy are trying to restore America's industrial base, not "being insane and dumb," as you and your ilk contend. their plan may not work--I haven't really commented on that. but there is a motivation here. (I'd love, btw, to hear your plan for american manufacturing, or are you one of those people who thinks it doesn't matter?)

I don’t understand why car insurance isn’t like a retirement fund or a savings account. Like if I never get into an accident I’m literally just giving you thousands for no reason??? I can’t take a little out for a paint job or my check engine light?? I have to wait to get hit???
