I'm honored to share that I will be joining @a16zcrypto as Head of APAC go-to-market.
a16z crypto backs exceptional founders, providing not just capital but also hands-on support to help them grow into transformative companies.
Now, a16z crypto is opening an office in Seoul and extending go-to-market support for its portfolio companies to encompass the Asia-Pacific region — one of the fastest-growing hubs for crypto innovation, deep talent, and bold founders. APAC is already shaping the future of web3, and I believe its impact will only grow from here.
Through the network, experience, and relationships I’ve built over the years in this industry, I’ll help a16z crypto’s founders access not just a new market, but the regional context and knowledge they need to scale (and vice versa).
I want to express my deep gratitude to @cdixon and @AAlbaneseNY for putting their trust in me, and I look forward to being a part of the incredible GTM team — @meigga, @lordvolth, and @cc_crowley.

Gmonad everyone!
I’ve been sitting in front of my keyboard for quite some time, trying to find the perfect way to begin this message. But I would like to share that next Monday will be my last day at Monad Foundation.
Exactly nineteen months ago, I joined Monad as the APAC Lead to work on practically everything related to the Asia Pacific market. I was the first hire in the region, and at that time, the entire company had around 30 people. There was so much to build, and I truly enjoyed every initiative we worked on—from Monad 101s across different cities to hosting Monad Madness in Bangkok and Hong Kong. What made my job even more exciting was the incredible support from community members across so many countries. I still believe the Nads will be a superpower and a source of magic for Monad—probably even more so now with mainnet live.
Working at Monad Foundation has been one of the best experiences of my career—not only because we were driving real innovation in this industry, but even more because I genuinely liked the people I had the privilege to work with. The collaborations, the challenges we tackled together, and the big and small moments we shared are memories I will carry with me for a long time.
It is always very difficult to say goodbye, especially when you’ve enjoyed your time with colleagues you truly admire. I also have to admit that I’m leaving much earlier than I would have expected. But a new opportunity came at the right time—one that I believe will help me continue to grow.
I’ll be able to share more about my next chapter next week.
My sincere thanks to all my colleagues at Monad Foundation—especially @keoneHD and @0x_eunice , who have supported me from the very beginning until today. And to all the OG members who grinded our youth together - @intern @0x_Abdul , @Joey_Anthony_ , @billmondays @thetinaverse @cryptunez and ALL THE APAC-based team members, especially those I worked closely with on a daily basis: @michael_lwy , @lulu70191243 , @Harveycww , @EforNad , @jinglingcookies , @FishMarketAcad , @spicytaco and @d3t3 .

I wake up at 2am every day. Make millions a month. Workout twice a day. Work for 8-10 hours. Eat a diet I love, then do aimless shit with my wife, then go sleep n do it all over. Ever day.
It feels good. It’s fun. The grind that is enjoyable is sustainable and it also works.

ngl i think the whole bsc season kinda just had a little slamdunk by @cz_binance
everything was running perfectly & smooth with fourmeme on their own, people were making generational cooks everyday and there wasn't even any pvp happening
then the binance launchpad comes, every forumeme coin legit speedruns to zero [i experienced this myself lol, all my bags that were worth $50-100k each when i went to sleep, i woke up to $5k if i was lucky in them]
kinda just a messy pvp situation. i think cz & bsc will eventually fix things, i think bsc season is still very much happening and it is still the best onchain place to make money at the moment, but i think that move in itself was very uncoordinated and very rushed, it ruined more things than did good - atleast short term - cannot say if it will be beneficial longterm as i cannot predict the future, but a lot of my friends as well also lost large sums of money due to @cz_binance and @BinanceWallet making their own launchpad and all the people who were on bsc just got slapped in the face for nothing.
probably demotivates a lot of people to see an entire exchange pvp launchpads, probably also demotivated a lot of people to lose large sums of money in 1 day while being asleep/outside/whatever else for literally no reason.
typical trench stuff though, i think it corrects itself and fixes up. probably more runners very soon but that was a very dumb move imo and regardless if i am "only" saying that because i watched quarter million vanish simply from czs decision, i think regardless of bag bias, everyone can agree that move was uncoordinated and rushed and did not benefit anyone.
