Everyone embraces and adapts to progress and technology these days because they have to, for normal day-to-day living, and that's a given. I'm originally from Silicon Valley so that's not the issue. I was just asking where those type Data Centers exist in Texas. If they don't yet exist, it'll be up to the facility developers and owners to make that happen. So, we'll see if they go that route. Tell us where in Texas these Data Centers are that you're saying do not use water and put almost zero demand on electricity. The closest Data Center to me is 8 miles away, but my electricity bill went from $185-$200 to now $389 (since Spring this year) and my water bill went from $50 to now $94.
