Then they turn around and staff whole departments with H1B hires who can't make it through a conference call without people asking them to slow down or repeat or just give up and nod. And who runs HR? The spouses, on H4 EAD. The same crowd deciding if your “communication skills” meet the bar. Fair review? Don’t make me laugh. It was never about communication. It was about stacking the department with more like them.

Our politicians do not work for us. They work for the lobbyists.
