@em_echo @Chelle1985Mi @QCardiology Went to see that patient again and since #Loop and #SGLT2i started, feeling a little better. #MRA started today and hopefully early switch from #ACEi to #ARNI. Thanks to @Chelle1985Mi treatment delay was minimised and patient a little more stable
