Stork Turns are one of the corrective exercises we like to program for athletes who have difficulty with the Pelvic Rotation Test (unable to move the pelvis independently of the torso). Easy to incorporate in an athlete’s warm up or in downtime during practice or training.

Basic Tee Drill package. Time tested drills that work. Tees are a good way to “find your swing”before hitting moving baseballs. Meaning, sync up your body to become efficient before adding the tracking skills of the eyes. Typically 5 to 10 minutes max. Quality over quantity.
