I eat this breakfast every day. I call it Lean Body Glop and it looks like slop but it tastes delicious. Recipe: - 250g low fat Greek Yogurt - One scoop weigh protein powder - Teaspoon psyllium husk - 100g frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, mangoes work best) Around 350 calories, 40-50 protein, 10g fiber. Eat this for breakfast every day.

@thegarybrecka Which protein smoothie do you recommend? I don't love that they're processed foods...

One of the biggest mistakes I see in nutrition: People eat almost no protein at breakfast. If your first meal is mostly carbs, your blood sugar spikes and crashes within a few hours. Aim for 30–40g of protein in the morning: Eggs. Greek yogurt. Protein smoothie. Steak and eggs. What did you eat this morning??

I now personally spend more on AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, OpenClaw VPS, Lovable, Vercel) than my new Model Y lease (incl. FSD). What a time to be alive.

@CoachDanGo Can you get enough protein for breakfast without using whey protein (and stay in a reasonable calorie range)

This is the best breakfast for weight loss. It's 250g low-fat Greek yogurt, one scoop of whey protein, 100g frozen fruit, and a teaspoon of psyllium husk. I call it Glop, and here's why each ingredient matters:

.@btaylor is a Silicon Valley legend and currently runs Sierra, which helps companies deploy AI starting with customer service. I was eager to figure out with him how AI productivity will actually be realised: how organisations will roll out the changes, which roles benefit most, and how to keep up with model advances.

@sanketnadhani That shouldn’t happen. We’ll take a look at what might happening here. We have a single model that everything runs through

Does Wispr Flow downgrade you to a cheaper model when you use it daily? The accuracy started off great, but now I have to make a lot of edits.

Beginning month 3 with no alcohol. The biggest thing I notice is that everything is more vibrant. Alcohol is often used to numb ourselves. After a hard day. To “unwind”. But, numbness is never selective. When we numb discomfort, we dull joy too.

it's strange but i have rarely ever met a lawyer in nyc that had a passion for the profession, instead it's always been like "well meh i didn't know what to do with my liberal arts degree so i went to law school".

There's a men's clothing brand called Drakes. Each season they put out a lookbook where they show off new styles. They've turned their lookbook into a piece of art that menswear nerds look forward too. Its pretty cool how they've done it. They're particularly known for being great at picking good color combinations for their lookbook.

@Cherif We are constantly pulled between these two things in our product. The person that pay the bills has all the deep integrations and reporting - but if the end user isn’t wildly engaged then it becomes a churn risk. Thanks for writing this!
