I was at beach party with a bunch of fit, athletic women and the first thing one of them talked about was how much she was attracted to her boyfriend and his body type and look was exactly this.

Just a while back, this was THE goal physique for a lot of guys. Today, it's considered "mid" despite the fact that the average dude walks around at 200 lbs and 28% body fat. Physique inflation is real.
