Competitive character is making the choice to consistently do what’s hard over doing what’s easy. There’s really no easy path. It takes what it takes. If you choose to do what’s easy, your only chance for success is just to hope that your opponent is lazier & softer than you are!

Hard coaching means someone believes in you and your ability to improve. Great players don’t see it as an attack. They see it as the ultimate compliment.
