California Democrats have cooked up a new “Property Transfer Tax” that would charge homeowners 5-6% on every home sale — based on the sale price, not your equity. That means if your home is worth $700,000 to $1 million — which is common in California — you could get hit with a tax bill of $42,000 to $60,000 just for selling your home! That’s right: after years of paying your mortgage, property taxes, insurance, and upkeep, Sacramento politicians want to grab tens of thousands more when you sell.

@TopVelocity your video explanation was misleading. its not even a discussion you should have with a pitcher, and young pitchers trying to "push" are going to jump at the plate and not have the hinge and weight transfer when there front foot lands

Most pitching coaches still argue about this… “Do you push off the back leg?” This debate only exists because people ignore basic physics. You literally cannot move your body forward without pushing against the ground. If you don’t push… you stay behind your front leg, trunk upright, stuck in the ground just trying to get rid of the ball. Look at the finish. ❌ No push: You finish stacked behind the front leg. ✅ Real push: You finish way out in front… Back leg flying up… Sometimes even stumbling forward. That happens because you created force into the ground and Newton’s laws send your body forward. Momentum in pitching is not rotation first. It’s force into the ground → momentum forward → energy up the chain. If your pitcher finishes falling forward… They pushed. If they finish stuck behind the front leg… They didn’t. The physics isn’t debatable.

A few months ago Dr. Oz posted a video about the hospice fraud along Van Nuys Blvd. in Los Angeles. Newsom filed a civil rights complaint against Oz for "baseless and racist" allegations. CBS just uncovered that there are 137 hospice businesses along Van Nuys Blvd. and over half appear to be fraudulent. Democrats will always fight to protect fraud.

Public Service Announcement If your son was dismissed from his high school team for missing the teams spring break tournament, to go on vacation (beach trip, etc.). Or Your son isn't getting playing time because he missed the spring break tournament for vacation. Do this. Call the school's athletic director or principal and request a meeting. Tell them it's important. At the meeting, tell them how much you appreciate the coach caring enough about your son to teach him about life, and how much you appreciate him holding your son accountable. Then thank them for hiring a coach that cared about commitment, sacrifice and teaching the kids that being a great teammate comes with responsibilities. Then suggest they give the coach a raise, shake their hands and reiterate how much you appreciate them.
