I've been paying $200 extra towards the principal on our home since we signed the note. If you have a mortgage, do you try to pay it down faster? If so, why? I'm not super motivated to pay it down bc it just seems inconsequential in my mind. What's your strategy?

Stocks and Bitcoin are for generational wealth but dividends is the best form of RETIREMENT. Imagine being 55 years old and you have $50-100k in dividends per month coming in. Cash flow is retirement. Cash flow you can actually withdraw and have fun with is retirement. When people ask me what my retirement plan is… it’s to quit everything and live strictly off dividends and interest from my high yield savings. Imagine being able to ball out every month with $50-200k+ to spend and it’s automatic. You don’t have trade, work or sell anything. Nothing beats that.

Statement regarding the @NWAChampionship: The course received 3.25” of rain last night and after having assessed the golf course and consulted with our meteorologist and superintendent, the golf course is unplayable. Based on the weather forecast for the remainder of today and all-day Monday and Tuesday, it is highly unlikely that 36 holes could be completed to make it an official event.   As a result, the decision has been made to cancel the remainder of the tournament, with only player's 18-hole score counting.   The tournament will be unofficial with no CME points awarded. More information about the purse distribution will come later today. For now, please know that our partners at Walmart and P&G have generously committed to pay out more than what’s required in the event of a tournament cancellation.
