Now just wait for auto cancellation they will deduct standard charges and refund rest amount
🚨 IRCTC tech glitch is penalizing customers and blocking seats.
During Tatkal booking, payment was deducted and the app froze and logged me out. After login, the transaction showed "NOT BOOKED" in Failed Transactions.
Based on this official status, I booked another Tatkal ticket.
About 20 minutes later, IRCTC auto-confirmed the earlier transaction that was shown as "NOT BOOKED".
Support now says there was no issue on their side and that cancellation will result in zero refund.
The current Tatkal status for this journey is WL13. A genuine passenger could travel and pay happily, but instead IRCTC expects one passenger to pay for two tickets, blocks a seat unnecessarily, and offers no resolution.
Where is this invisible "request mode" shown to users ?
Requesting manual cancellation and refund.

Even though I usually do not fall for the @CRED_club jackpots, but yesterday I just played the friday jackpot without having any hope of getting anything meaningful. But I scored the JACKPOT and it wasn't a small one. It included a Macbook, Ipad, Airpods Max and a TUMI bag worth INR 3.25L.

इसीलिए हमेशा कहता हूँ कि किसी भी आईपीओ को ना तो लगाओ और ना ही बाज़ार से ख़रीदो, ये लंबी अवधि के निवेश के लिए तो बिलकुल ही उचित नहीं होते, वास्तव में टाटा जैसी कम्पनी हो तो 3 साल बाद और अन्य कोई हो तो 5 के बाद ही निवेश के लिए सोचना चाहिए क्यूँकि इस समय तक हर शेयर अपनी असली और उचित वैल्यू पर आ ही जाता है

Team is working on it wait for 48 hours . Every time I call I need to explain the issue for 20 mins and then call ends in 40 mins saying I had to wait for 48 hours . It’s been over a month now and the refund and baggage issue is not sorted out (4/5)
Informed the booking partner @flipkartsupport@Flipkart on 24th Feb and provided all the proofs including boarding pass which confirm the total luggage and receipt . I am calling them every 3 days and the only answer I hear is (3/4)
Showed them the ticket and baggage allowance on ticket . The person asked to pay and provided me a receipt to inform the booking partner as they can’t see any baggage on the system which I think is fair enough . The journey was on Feb 22 (2/4)
Booked a flight journey with @Flipkart@flipkartsupport whose partner is @Cleartrip .
The ticket clearly says my baggage is included and then on the day of my journey @British_Airways informed me that there is no baggage at all and I had to pay for it (1/4)
