Dialpad’s vibe this week at Enterprise Connect 2026 is pretty clear: AI-first communications, not AI bolted onto communications. They’ve been leaning hard into their real-time AI stack — transcription, coaching, sentiment analysis, and call summaries happening live while the conversation is happening, not after the fact. The pitch is that every call becomes usable data for sales, support, and operations. The interesting angle is how they’re tying that into contact center performance — AI surfacing next best actions, coaching agents mid-call, and feeding insights back into the business. In other words, while a lot of vendors are talking about AI assistants, Dialpad is framing it as AI embedded in the conversation itself. The broader strategy feels pretty straightforward: turn every phone call, meeting, and customer interaction into structured intelligence for the business.
