@sainsburys I’m trying to book a delivery for the end of the week, but it constantly says - something went wrong. No dates provided. No options. Is your website not working today ?
@Commuterratt Good morning, update on this scenario. We now have normal running and the line is clear, Please check here for up to date information. journeycheck.com/greateranglia/ - James
@Commuterratt Unfortunately not as of yet. Disruption is expected until further notice. Train services may terminate short of their destinations, altered or cancelled at short notice so please keep an eye on live departure boards before you travel.
@Commuterratt he first service expected to run is currently the 08:19. I advise to check before you travel in case of any changes to this - greateranglia.co.uk.
@RoyalMailHelp Hi, I’m waiting for my contact lenses to be delivered from @Specsavers . They were sent 48hr tracked, however they appear to stuck at Peterborough sorting office since last Friday. I need these delivered! Are they lost?
@GWRHelp I’ve already appealed of course and sent the details as requested via DM. Seems a bit pointless contacting two further parts of GWR to realise that Newport in Wales (where the delay occurred) isn’t part of @TfL
@CrossCountryUK Ace …..more delays. If you deliver the initial service correctly in the first instance, it actually saves everyone (including you) money. More importantly time. Better service, cheaper tickets happier customers. Or just keep doing what you are doing. That seems to be working
@Commuterratt Hi, you can contact Customer Relations directly should there be any issues with your Delay Repay claim: 03447 369 123 (option 4) Mon-Fri 09:00 - 17:00 Sat 09:00 - 16:00. ^XCC
@CrossCountryUK Any chance you could get your customer service team to actually review all the images of tickets sent to them in regard to delay repays. Rather than just saying - this is a receipt. Yes I’ve sent you 7 images which include tickets. Yet more time wasted
@Commuterratt Hi, if you are experiencing diffuclty with the online delay repay form then please email customers@lner.co.uk with a copy of your tickets and a member of the customer solutions team will be able to raise this manually for you. ^Nathan
@LNER Hi I’m trying to submit some delay repays, but at the point of uploading the ticket images I always get 504 gateway timeout. Is there another working method I can put my claims in please?
@UberUKI_Support I’ll try phoning them. I’ve messaged them before they gave the same AI drivel claiming connectivity issues. The only connection issue is with Uber. They don’t answer the question or solve it. I can no longer buy tickets or use my Uber credits.
@Commuterratt (2/2)
You can contact them using this form spr.ly/6016mWPwO by providing your name, email and booking reference.
Alternatively, you can call on +44 0800 066 8528.
Thank you.
@Uber_Support Hi I am no longer able to purchase rail tickets through the app. At the point of payment I always get Web page not available ERR_Blocked by CSP. I have reported this several times and get the same unhelpful AI response claiming there is no issue. There is. Help!!!
