I committed a an initial draft to the Gno.land constitution to my branch docs/jae/whitepaper PR #5005. Also we agreed that the manifesto would be separate from the whitepaper, and the team is tasked with finalizing the whitepaper. The idea is that the WHITEPAPER, MANIFESTO, and CONSTITUTION are each top level documents in the docs folder. Join the Gno.land telegram for discussions and/or make comments in the PR. This draft has not yet been reviewed by anyone so you may want to wait for the core developers to make a first pass.

The result? Governments no longer need so much idle cash, they reduce short-term funding gaps, depend less on expensive bridge financing, and face lower volatility in refinancing cycles. In practice, the U.S. (and others) get an involuntary discount on interest rates and reduced pressure on their debt, without paying anything extra and without assuming any additional responsibility – crypto does the job for them.
