Yes it is.. normally I do twice in a month to reset the body. 72 hours is basically at marathon territory.. It’s more about discipline and mindset for me and I’ve built up to it over time, so it feels manageable now.. Oh yes, it’s not straight out flat fast, I do consume fruits and juice.
