@airindia I’d like to understand your process for returning passenger baggage when you yourself failed to load it onto my flight . My colleagues I are left w/out belongings on a bzn trip while @airindia has no answers . Two flights have now left to my destination w zero answers

@CreweOlenka Dear Mr. Crewe, we hear you. Kindly DM a copy of the PIR (Property Irregularity Report) filled at the arrival airport before leaving the premises along with the bag tag number and booking details. We shall get this checked.

@AirPassRightsCA @MargauxPeckLaw It only asked me to upload receipts for my expenses, but I added a note saying I was also claiming compensation under UK261 (just in case they were hoping that people don’t know about it, or wouldn’t bring it up unless you did) now waiting to hear about my expenses. 🤷🏼‍♀️

As a frontine worker myself I can confirm much of this from personal experience. Everything from threatening emails to tyrannical managers who find glee in enforcing nonsensical policies. And believe me, when I say, that we are far too scared to go on the record about any of it.
