@QNTistheKEY @patwebbjr They don’t link the study, because it’s more than likely unverified bullshit to aid their own bias. Same bollocks happens from either side of the argument, it’s it’s extremely tiresome

@patwebbjr Link to the study? I mean this is such 101 I don’t understand why people don’t do it. If you’re going to describe the findings of a study, why not link to it? Now I have to go search google for some mask micro plastics study

If you wanted a business to be early on the Internet in the 90s, you’d create a website. If you wanted a business to be early to smartphones 15 years ago, you’d launch an app or mobile-friendly site. What’s the current equivalent to being early to crypto?

@MonkeSolutions @King_Otter2 @davidbelle_ I understand that, but look at what happened at Port Arthur back in the 90’s. The response by the Howard government, who was very conservative, managed to get everyone on board without much fuss. No more mass shootings. Could the USA benefit from similar legislation?

@Cryptorchid3 @King_Otter2 @davidbelle_ Imo the biggest concern to that is the slippery slope, not trusting govt to decide who can and can't. On top of that it's never been easier to acquire a gun secondhand. And then, which guns? Most shootings are done with pistols, which are also 100% legitimate for self defense.

@King_Otter2 @davidbelle_ Valid point - however until that is ascertained, would it not make sense to limit access to those, as is done in other countries? I ask the same question every time - how many mass shootings happened in UK/Aus in the past year, and how many happened here?

@davidbelle_ I am not a gun owner but this is conflating two issues while also presenting a straw man. Proliferation of guns in the US isn’t new, school shootings is - what changed? There are a thousand variables to this awful equation, and changing the constitution isn’t easily done.

@Route2FI Reading this I gather you’re (probably) still under 30. Priorities change as you age, and money/career doesn’t even come a close comparison to the ability to be close to loved ones. Grind while you’re younger, tax havens mean nothing if you can’t be close to your mum.

Something to ponder. I see people move to places with low taxes for the purpose of growing wealth, and tbh I still consider this myself sometimes. What stops me is that I most of the time enjoy where I already live (besides the long winter) + have my family and friends here.

@Jo527201 @SorareDB57 @Stepnofficial I agree about the FUD, and what you have to put up with in the project, I am clear about the associated risks, but you also have to understand that people invested money to win, nobody was given anything for free, people want to see profits.

IMO: Anyone FUDing STEPN or shorting GMT is taking a stand in opposition of: a healthy lifestyle, helping others achieve a healthier lifestyle, building community, contributing to a greener planet, and financial empowerment. If they understood this they may choose differently.

@Teslarati 20% fake/spam accounts, while 4 times what Twitter claims, could be *much* higher. My offer was based on Twitter’s SEC filings being accurate. Yesterday, Twitter’s CEO publicly refused to show proof of <5%. This deal cannot move forward until he does.

Elon Musk may be looking for a better Twitter deal as $44 billion seems too high with 20% of users being fake or spam accounts. teslarati.com/musk-seeks-twi…
