@hm_custserv Not at all - I got a refund. Thats not the issue. I was asked to reorder! I find the top in small and the pants are no longer available why do I as a consumer need to suffer because of your lack of co ordination with your warehousing team and your courier service!!

@hm India prepaid order, Blue Dart refused delivery (no OTP, fine). I fixed it & called support 3 times each time promised delivery “in 1–2 days.” Today? “Refund & reorder.” So you call this a shopping experience? Fix your delivery + inventory coordination.

However, I am still receiving the same generic response, which is not acceptable. 🚨 Let me clarify again: My concern is NOT about refund. I am specifically asking for a detailed investigation report, because: • I have already submitted CCTV footage • I provided proof that the parcel was delivered in an open condition • The delivery agent himself confirmed the issue • Your team initially acknowledged the case Despite this, my evidence has been ignored without any explanation. ❗ I need clear answers: • What exact evidence was reviewed? • Which points were considered in your investigation? • Why was my submitted evidence not considered valid? • What evidence is missing, if any? • On what basis was my case rejected? Simply repeating “investigation completed” without transparency is not acceptable. ⚖️ As a customer, I have the right to know how the decision was made.
