@hm_custserv Not at all - I got a refund. Thats not the issue. I was asked to reorder! I find the top in small and the pants are no longer available why do I as a consumer need to suffer because of your lack of co ordination with your warehousing team and your courier service!!
@hm India prepaid order, Blue Dart refused delivery (no OTP, fine). I fixed it & called support 3 times each time promised delivery “in 1–2 days.” Today? “Refund & reorder.” So you call this a shopping experience? Fix your delivery + inventory coordination.
