@RBI saying that you do not do transaction level testing and leave it to the ACB/Concurrent Audit etc and that you can be befooled by non -disclosure etc by the bank, will u be able to satisfy the #PMCBankDepositors . @RBI knows this that by doing so it is loosing credibility

@RBI the sooner you accept that your audit procedures based on Ghosh Committee recommendations are outdated as also seriously flawed, better it would be for all, both the RBI and the innocent depositors in UCBs. Else people will loose in the banking system.#PMCBankVictims
