It it a scam? Bought a television from @cromaretail a few years ago with extended warranty from @onsitego. The @tcl_india @TCL_Global product has been repaired under @tcl_india warranty and @onsitego. Now offered a 7000 voucher refund to @Croma for a tv costing Rs. 27490.

#Mediassist is the worst TPA. When it comes to claim settlement they keep raising new new queries to delay payment. I am waiting for last 6 hours for a claim settlement and every 30 minute a new query is being raised as if some game is going on to delay payment.
