@optus_help Shame that the staff are challenging to deal with via Facebook messenger and we have to repeat the same story again and again. We just want the accounts fixed, unauthorized changes reversed and duplicate services/fees repaid

Optus has failed Australians too many times. This time, staff in offshore call centres failed to act for hours, despite knowing 000 calls weren’t going through. 4 people died. The govt has to assume responsibility for our emergency services communications systems.

Hello @optus_help - another epic fail. My 90 year old father is in a nursing home and I pay his Optus mobile phone bills. His phone is his only connection to the world and bills were paid, but they cancelled his phone. He is unable to navigate the help process. @Optus #Optus
