@JustEatUK I received the wrong order. The delivery i got clearly has the wrong order number on the bag. The driver agreed and I have pictures of proof and customer service can’t do anything? I paid for food I didn’t receive! How is this allowed??

@Tesco Purchased 2 packs of multipack crisps today, both sealed externally but most of the bags split open inside, stale and obviously inedible! I’m not driving 40+ mins back to store for a £3.50 refund! Please advise further. Thanks.

@JustEatUK I had a £20 gift voucher, I pressed checkout but was paying an extra £5 by card. When I pressed checkout I realised the address was wrong so I clicked off the card payment page, and now my voucher had disappeared and I haven’t used it or been able to get any food?

@LBofHavering Do you have a contact number for someone who can help with a traffic PCN? Losing the reduced charge amount if an appeal is failed, is unbelievable. You now have to pay for the opportunity to explain genuine unavoidable circumstances and risk a higher fine!

@PizzaExpress Hi, Uber @UberEats delivered our order, which was cold and soggy and is trying to say the below dish isn’t eligible for a refund because the pesto and cheese topping was a ‘free item’ so dry dough balls is an acceptable substitute 🤔😢
