Cadets To Combatants ARO BAREILLY @ Headquarters Recruiting Zone (UP & Uttarakhand) conducted a motivational lecture at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Balrampur during Annual Training Camp organised by 51 UP NCC Bn. The session focused on inspiring the cadets towards leadership, discipline and a career in the Armed Forces. Valuable experiences and motivational insights about the line of work in the Armed Forces, highlighting the honor and responsibility of serving in the Army were shared. A discussion followed the lecture, where cadets enthusiastically raised queries related to life as a combatant, professional opportunities, training, personal development, financial benefits and future perspectives after serving as Agniveer. Shaping Future Warriors ARO Meerut@ Headquarters Recruiting Zone(UP & Uttarakhand) conducted a motivational lecture at Vidya University, Meerut during the Annual Training Camp organised by 72 UP BN NCC Meerut. The interaction focused on motivating NCC cadets towards a rewarding career in the Indian Army. Cadets were given insights into life in the Army, operational experiences, leadership values and career opportunities through various Officer Entry schemes and Agniveer Recruitment. The cadets were educated on bonus marks for NCC Certificate holders, sportspersons and ITI/Diploma candidates. Special emphasis was laid on awareness against touts and misinformation, reinforcing the Indian Army’s transparent and merit-based recruitment process. Inspiring NCC Cadets Towards a Life of Honour and Service in the Indian Army ARO Guntur, under the aegis of Headquarters Recruiting Zone Chennai, conducted a motivational lecture at KITS AKSHAR, Guntur (AP) for 234 NCC Cadets and 19 Training Staff attending Annual Training Camp-10 organised by 25 Andhra NCC Battalion. The cadets were provided insights into life in the Indian Army, including various Officer Entry schemes and the Agnipath Scheme. Special emphasis was laid on the upcoming Online CEE for various Agnipath categories and Regular Cadre entries. Cadets were also informed about the latest applications open for TES-56, TGC-144, NDA II 2026, CDSE-II 2026, IMA (DE)-163 and SSC (NT) Men & Women-126. Special Outreach by ARO Guntur ARO Guntur, under the aegis of Headquarters Recruiting Zone Chennai, conducted a motivational lecture at Bandla Bapaiah Hindu Degree College, Vetapalem, Prakasam District (AP) on 21 May 2026 for 417 NCC cadets and 20 training staff attending Annual Training Camp-1 organised by 23 (A) NCC Battalion, Chirala. Cadets were briefed on various Indian Army entry schemes including Officer Entries, Women Entries and the Agnipath Scheme, along with bonus marks for NCC certificate holders, sports achievers and candidates from ITI/Polytechnic backgrounds.
