@cromaretail @CromaRetail I booked a MacBook for ₹85,000 at your Croma Patliputra, Patna store (Order: SOA586370631075). Your staff confirmed this price over a call. But when I went to collect it after 7 days, I was charged ₹89,000. I have the call recording as proof.

@SamsungIndia has the worst demo & installation service. They cancelled my TV installation saying they couldn’t reach my number — and blamed me for not giving an alternate! Their IVR is a maze, and it’s impossible to reach a human. @cromaretail couldn’t help either. Regret buying a Samsung TV.

@cromaretail Your showroom at Janpath, Bhubaneswar is the worst ever. Even after 3 days of follow up post invoicing, there seems to be no response, accountability or even proper communication. This is thoroughly disappointing.
